1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FigmaTemplify website (figmatemplify.net) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Description of Service

FigmaTemplify offers two things: (1) free Figma templates and design resources that you can preview in Figma and download as .fig files, and (2) custom design services such as UI/UX design, landing pages, branding and web design, which you can enquire about through the pricing and contact pages. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

3. Using the Website

You do not need an account to browse the website or download free templates. If you contact us or send a design request, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information (such as your name and email address)
• Send only information you are allowed to share
• Not use the contact or request forms to send spam or unlawful content

4. Intellectual Property

The designs, templates, text and other materials on FigmaTemplify are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of FigmaTemplify and its designer. Some templates may use fonts, images or icons from third parties that have their own licences; please check these before using a template in a project. The FigmaTemplify name and logo may not be used without permission.

5. License & Usage of Free Templates

When you download a free template from FigmaTemplify:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it
• You may use it in your own personal and commercial projects, including client projects
• You may not resell, redistribute or share the source files, in original or modified form, as a standalone design resource
• You may not claim the original designs as your own original work
• You may not use them to create a competing design resource or template product

6. Design Services & Payments

The plans and prices shown on the pricing page describe our design services. Sending a request through the website is an enquiry, not a purchase, and no payment is taken on the website. The scope of work, timeline, deliverables, payment terms and any cancellation or refund terms are agreed with you in writing (for example by email) before work begins, and those written terms apply to that project.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Template previews open in Figma, which is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. The website also relies on third-party providers for hosting and file storage, and may display advertising from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content in bulk
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Upload or send malicious code or content

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Free templates and all website content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, FigmaTemplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the free templates. For design services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim; for free templates and the website itself, it is limited to zero.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may restrict or end access to the website for anyone who violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
